Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before the beginning of your appointment. We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen in everyone's life. Our appointment cancellation & late policy has been designed to best serve all parties involved: A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a reasonable time of advance notice you may be charged 50% for your missed appointment. No-shows - Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a "no-show". They will be charged the full amount for their "missed" appointment. Arriving late - Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we'll determine if there is enough time remaining to start your Sole Luna Experience. With the unfortunate circumstance of being late, you will still be responsible for the full session. Thank you for your understanding.
