Welcome to Sole Luna! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
1.1 Booking Policy
We request that you reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before the start of your appointment. If you cannot meet this requirement, we kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation and late policies as outlined below.
1.2 Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. If you fail to cancel within the 24-hour period, you may be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
1.3 No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for an appointment without any prior communication will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will be charged the full amount for the scheduled session.
1.4 Late Arrival Policy
We understand that delays happen, but please note that arriving late may result in a shortened session. If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced, and you will still be responsible for the full session fee. The availability to start your session will depend on how late you arrive and the remaining time for your appointment.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and credit cards. Full payment is required at the time of booking your appointment.
2.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for missed appointments. However, if you cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be eligible for a full refund.
3. Service Availability
3.1 Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be notified as soon as possible, and an alternative appointment will be arranged.
4. Health and Safety

We ask that you notify us of any medical conditions or health concerns prior to your appointment. This helps us provide the best possible service tailored to your needs.
4.2 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel your condition or behavior is not suitable for our services.

By booking an appointment with Sole Luna, you agree to release Sole Luna, its employees, and agents from any liability for injury or damages arising from the services provided. You assume all risks related to the services offered and agree to indemnify Sole Luna against any claims.
